15 Minute Bodyweight Interval Training Routine

If you are anything like be normal cardio is one of the most boring things you can do.

Thy this 15 minute interval and burn a ton of calories while building muscle.
Warm up for 5 minutes.
Dips x 15
Floor Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
Pushups x 15
Bodyweight Squats x 15
Burpie Jumps x 30 seconds
Rest and Repeat 5 times.
