20 minute workouts are fun and fast... Well, at least they are fast! There all about burning calories in a hurry. They can be a combination of strength routines, cardio routines, yoga and stretching routines and core exercises. These workout plans are the answer to a busy lifestyle. Burning caloreies cant be any easier.
