Dumbell Skullcrushers aka. Lying Dumbbell Tri Extensions 3x10
Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns 3x10
Tricep Kickbacks (with a dumbell) 3x10
Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks

Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extensions 3x10
Rope Tricep Extensions 3 x 10
Bodyweight Dips 3x15

Closegrip Pushups (focus on triceps) 3x15
Dips Triceps Version 3 x 15
Straight bar pushdowns (heavy) 3x8
