Day One: Squat, Abs.
Day Two: Bench
Day Three: Deadlift, Upper Back, Biceps, Forearms.
(Day Four: Light Bench)
Day One: All 3 sets x8-10
Squat
Front Squat
Calf Raises
Crunches
Bike Ab Exercise
Day Two: 3 sets x8-10
Bench
Band Bench
Incline Bench
Dumbbell Presses
Tricep Pushdowns
Day Three: 3 sets x8-10
Deadlift
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Cable Pulls
Curls
Reverse Curls
