Day 1 Chest and Tricep
Flat Bench 3 x 10
Chest Dips 3 x 20
Pushups 30 to failure
Tricep Rope Extensions 3 x 10
Skull Crushers superset with Close Grip Bench 3x10
Day 2 Bodyweight Interval
Dips x 30 sec
Bodyweight Squats x 30sec
Pushups x 30 sec
Burpee Jumps x 30 sec
Floor Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
Chinups x 30 (max)
Rest and Repeat this cycle 4 to 5 times
Day 3 Legs
Deadlifts 3 x 10
Squats 3 x 10
Bodyweight Squats or Lunges 3 x 25
Day 4 Bodyweight Interval
Bodyweight Squats x 30sec
Floor Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
Pushups x 30 sec
Burpee Jumps x 30 sec
Chinups x 30 (max)
Dips x 30 sec
Rest and Repeat this cycle 4 to 5 times
Day 5 Back and Biceps
21 curls 3 x 21
Pulldowns (Wide grip) 3 x 10
Single Arm Rows 3 x 10
Cable Rows 3 x 21
Alternating Dumbell Curls 3 x 10
Day 6 Bodyweight Interval
Dips x 30 sec
Pushups x 30 sec
