It's sometimes hard to believe that gluten intolerance and losing weight are connected at all. But you will be surprised to learn that many people struggling to lose weight may be affected by this.

But one of the most difficult parts you will notice is eating out gluten free. This can be very tricky to do, especially if you are eating with someone who still eats gluten.

I mean if you are out with someone and the restaurant offers you bread to start the meal, its hard to say no, and it is often hard to find something on the menu with no gluten.
