Arms and Shoulder Routine

Build great arms the right way, using this arms and shoulder routine.
Never forget about your triceps and shoulders when thinking big guns. Triceps are a huge part of your arm 60-65% of it actually. The shoulder give the arm some great curves and really makes if look huge. Of course the bicep is important as well, but make sure you don't overtrain this muscle. Its easy to do.
Arms and Shoulder Routine
5 Min Bodyweight Warmup
Shoulder Press 3 x 8-10
21 Curls 3 x 21
Superset:
Skull Crushers 3 x 10
Close Grip Bench Press 3 x 10
Tri Set:
Upright Rows 3 x 10
Tricep Pushdowns or Extensions 3 x 10
Cable Curls 3 x 10
Be very careful now not to overtrain, this is an intense workout, but you can add some exercises at the end like dips or lateral raises or single arm concentration curls.
