The Britney Spears Ab Workout is the kind of workout that you wont get bored with. You can just imagine, Britney is not the kind of girl that can do the same thing over and over.
The workout was designed to keep her working and keep her motivated to keep going.
Basically it is an easy concept workout. We combine full body interval training, with some core exercise.
Britney loves swimming, and that is her favorite choice for the interval training.
She will do laps in the pool for 30 min to 60 min 3-4 times a week. Doing a 'fast' lap followed by a slower one.
The other thing she loves to do, as you can probably guess is Dance. Dance aerobics is one way you can start working out like her. I am sure you are not going to hire your own backup dancers to train with, but there are tons of other choices for you on this.
The ab portion of the Britney Spears Ab Workout is a fairly simple idea,
She does crunches everyday when she is trying to strengthen her core, this is her fav routine.
50 x Regular Crunch
25 x left side oblique crunch
25 x right side oblique crunch
Then she also does a bunch of plank work including pushups, when she is training she does up to 100 pushups a day, which is pretty intense.
As you can see the Britney Spears Ab Workout is not all focused on the stomach. To get abs like Britney you do have to work the mid-section, but you have to really include a lot of high intensity interval training and cardio to burn off all the unwanted fat along the way.
