Build a Bigger Butt

Do you suffer from a small bum? You want to build a bigger butt right, you know get a better booty, one that turns heads. If you are reading this page it is probably because you want to grow your glutes.

So how do you do this? Well the short answer is you need to build muscle. Before we get into this you need to understand why your behind is flat and lifeless. There are a few reasons for this, let’s look at them quickly;

Genetics - you may have got your flat bottom from your parents, this is the number #1 reason, but the good news is you can still build a bigger butt, just build some great butt muscles.

Inactivity or Poor Training - The second most common reason you may be suffering from “no butt” is your training style is terrible. You may not be doing anything, or you may be doing everything wrong. We will help you with that in a second!

Poor Eating Habits - Yes, what you eat can be reflected in your bum. If you are eating poor foods your butt will not grow the muscle it needs to look plump and firm. This is a big problem as well.

So What Can We Do About It

Well it comes down to a really cool 3 step program that will allow you to really start to grow your booty or build a bigger butt. Make sure you keep reading because the third step may surprise you.

Step 1 - Choose the right exercises! This one sounds easy enough, but let’s take it one step further, instead of just choosing the right exercises you need to do them correctly as well. When you train your glutes does it feel like your legs are getting a better workout?

If it does it is probably because you are not focusing your mind muscle connection on building your booty. You need to focus on squeezing your glutes during the contraction on each exercise. It is essential to really work that bum muscle instead of growing bigger thighs.

Step 2 - Choose the right program! As important as doing the right exercises is choosing the right workout program. You can not just doing the right exercise aimless. In order to build a better booty you need to really focus on getting each step in the process down.

I know of a few butt building programs out there but there are none as good as Gluteus to the Maximus. This is probably the #1 program designed to really build a bigger butt. I have put together a review of the program if you are interested in reading more about it!

Step 3 - Stretch your bum muscles! This one was the step I was talking about earlier and how it may surprise you! Well around each muscle in your body is something called fascia. Have you ever heard of it?

Fascia is like a pillowcase for your muscles, it works to keep your muscles where they need to be. The thing is your muscle fascia is sometime very tight. It needs to be loosened to be able to allow your muscles to grow.

So if you want to build a bigger butt you need to stretch your bum muscles and release the tension on your fascia. How do you do this is probably your next question. My favourite is the cross legged gluteus maximus stretch. Read a bit more about it;

So in conclusion you now know a 3 step process that you can embark on to build a bigger butt. This will help you turn heads when you are walking down the street, the real trick is to build booty muscle.
