Are You Working On Building Huge Biceps?
Building huge biceps is not always the easiest thing to do. The key is learning how to build huge biceps the right way. Below I have a couple links to bicep workout routines but before we get into them lets first have a look at what you have to do to start building huge biceps.
One thing that is for sure, biceps are what we call glory muscles. They are a small muscle group, actually the bicep itself only makes up about 3% of the muscle in the entire body. The fact is that if you are really interested in making your arms bigger you probably should focus more on your tricep. The tri’s make up about 60-65% of the actual arm.
That being said, you probably don’t care. That’s because, as we said earlier, the bicep is a glory muscle. The chicks love them and that is enough of a reason to start building huge biceps.
There are a couple of things that people often get wrong when building huge biceps. That is overtraining them. Biceps are a small muscle group and often people get to the gym and pump out 15 different sets of curls. This simply isn’t the best way to train. I personally recommend that you train your biceps with your back, by doing this you will really work the bicep well when doing your row’s and pull downs and probably will only have to do a couple sets of curls to get a great burn in.

If you really want to know how to build your biceps have a look at the people in the gym who have huge biceps. Chances are that they also have a very well proportioned body. This is because your guns are just part of the puzzle to a great body and not the entire puzzle.
Below are a couple bicep workout routines that I recommend. They range from intermediate to advanced. The advanced routine I truly don’t recommend to anyone except people who are advanced strength trainers. If you are not you will overtrain your biceps and that is not how to build huge biceps.

There is nothing like having a great set of guns. They are for sure a small muscle group, but they are the muscle group that shows the most when you are wearing a t-shirt. Ensuring that your biceps are defined and look good is a tough task, but you can do it with the routines above.
