Core Exercise Routines

We have a bunch of really cool core exercise routines below, and they all don't focus on sit ups and crunches... I personally hate doing those two exercises, you know there is a place for them but I believe they are totally overrated.

You have to burn the fat before you can see the abs, so the first step to any core routine should be some sort of cardio or interval training. Check out our routines below,or add your own to if you have one to share.
