This is tip #4 in our collection of cooking tips to help supercharge your fat loss. This one is important because we are going to talk about a few foods that many people think are healthy, but in fact they are sabotaging your weight loss goals.
That's the biggest problem I have with these products. Most are promoted as a healthy alternative, but in all honesty they are pure garbage. The lesson to learn is just because something is said to be calorie wise, or low in fat doesn't mean it is going to help you lose weight!
Margarine is one of the worst contributors to fat. Not only does it have a bunch of calories, but it also will slow down your metabolism to a snails pace.
Calorie Wise Dressing you think this stuff is going to help! Your 'reduced fat ranch' is actually making that salad that you are eating to be good one something that will add fat to your waistline.
Vegetable Oil is just like margarine, don't use it, if you want an alternative check out tip #2.
Sandwich Meat is packed with some serious amounts of preservatives and high in many toxins that will help to prevent you from losing any inches.
White Flour don't cook or bake with this stuff. It is bleached so that there are no nutrients left inside, all you are eating is fast acting carbs that will spike insulin levels to all time high levels.
Brown Sugar this one surprised me. Brown sugar is always toted as a healthy alternative to white sugar. But truth be told brown sugar is usually just white sugar with molasses added for colour.
This stuff can be your Achilles heal when you are dealing with your fat loss goals, get these out of your fridge pronto!
