Free Protein Shake Recipes and Smoothies

I have a awesome list of free protein shake recipes for you to use any way you want.

I am going to assume you will use these to drink, but if you have another thought then please be my guest. (If you didn’t guess that was my attempt at humour there...)

You know getting back to the point, I totally love these recipes because they can be customized in any way to match your needs or what you have laying around. One thing that they all have is protein powder;

I personally use whey powder for all these free protein shake recipes but you could use whichever protein supplement that you like.

So without any further adieu here are my top free protein shake recipes for you to use.

Carrot and Cerry Blast Protein Shake

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 tblspoons of honey
½ cup natural yougurt
1 carrot
½ cup cherries (get the pits out)
2/3 cup milk

Peach and Blueberry Cobbler Shake

1 or 2 Peaches
½ cup blueberrys
1 scoop of protein powder
½ cup yougurt
1 cup milk
2 tblspoons honey

The Classic Banana Split Protein Shake

1 scoop of protein powder
1 tablespoon of honey
1 banana
2 cubes of fresh pineapple
2 strawberries fresh or frozen
2 ice cubes

(I like to use hone to sweeten the shakes, I find this gives a ton of sweetness without all the harshness of white sugar)

Fruit and Protein Smoothie

1 scoop of protein powder
½ cup yogurt
2 fresh or frozen berries
½ banana
3 ice cubes
½ cup of milk (use soy if you want)
½ tablespoon of sugar

The Holiday Eggnog Shake

1 scoop protein powder
¼ tblspoon of honey
½ tsp allspice
1 graham cracker
2-3 ice cubes
¼ cup of eggnog
½ cup of skim milk

Ultimate Coffee and Peanut butter Shake

2 scoops chocolate protein powder
½ cup milk
2 tblspoons vanilla yogurt
1 tblspoons low fat peanut butter
2 tblspoons coffee
2 tblspoons honey

Pina Colada Protein Shake

½ cup of milk or substitute water for low fat
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
½ cup of coconut milk
2 or 3 ice cubes

These are some of the most amazing free protein shake recipes and smoothie recipes that I have ever come across. I think you will like them as much as I do. Remember to mix and match as you want, there is no right way to drink these.

If you want to add strawberries or blackberries instead of blueberries go ahead… Keep is simple and tasty, and hopefully these will help you in your muscle building or weight loss goals.
