An Honest Review of Holy Grail of Body Transformation
When someone comes out with a fitness program called they choose too call: "The Holy Grail of Body Transformation", I have to be skeptical and excited at the same time. Skeptical because I'm human, and excited because I'm a total fitness junkie.
I pour over programs like you wouldn't believe; because I really want to be able to help people find the best one that's going to work for their goals.
That's what it all comes down to, when you think about it. Goals. We all have different fitness goals. As a middle aged guy with two kids, I want to be able to look good and feel good.
The Holy Grail of Body Transformation is created by Tom Venuto. If you recognize the name, there's a reason for that -- he also created Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.
Burn the Fat was all about fat loss, and Holy Grail Body Transformation addresses building muscle as well.
The Pros of Holy Grail Body Transformation
This is definitely a course that you want to get when you want to try to learn to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. You might think that it requires going on steroids or something like that, but that's just not true at all.
Tom Venuto is actually very much against steroids and other drug-enhancements that can hurt your health at the price of getting a bigger body. Fat loss is the goal here, but so is muscle building.
Gone are the days where you really had to choose between the two. Venuto believes that you can still achieve nice size while getting leaner and leaner. It's going to be up to you to figure out what you want, and how you wish to achieve these results.
Cycling is a huge part of this program, which I really liked because it means that you're always going to keep your body guessing. There are a lot of people that say you should just consistently do one series of moves, but that's really not going to get you the body that you truly want in the long run.
It should be about mixing things up. Even if you could get the body you wanted by consistently following a few things, the truth is that you just need to make sure that you actually focus more on mixing things up just so that you don't get bored.
I don't know about you, but if I had to be stuck doing the same things over and over, I'd give up on a program like that. I'm willing to wager that you would as well.
The other thing I really liked about Holy Grail Body Transformation is that they give you the information in two different formats. There is the eBook version, but there's also an audio version. That's a really powerful two-prong attack. You don't want to just be reading the book, you want to be able to experience it as well.
When you really need to make sure that you still get the information on the go, there's the audio version. If you wanted to just read and print out he pages, you could do that too. Once you buy the program, there's nothing wrong with printing it out for your own personal use.
The Cons of the Holy Grail of Body Transformation Program
What program would honestly be without some drawbacks? I think a lot of people are going to be skeptical based on the title, and that means that this product might not reach them. I think it's a fine program, but when you have such an over the top title, it means that people aren't going to really take you seriously.
Everyone's body is also different, so some people are going to feel like it's not worth looking into. The program is also a little lengthy, so it's going to be a waste of money if you're not willing to put in the effort to make things happen.
Why You Should Buy Holy Grail of Body Transformation
All that said, I think you should buy the product because it does set a good foundation. This is not about shortcuts, folks. It's about putting in the effort.
Tom Venuto lives what he preaches, so don't think it's about that at all. You just need to dig in and follow a consistent program that keeps you guessing -- and it's definitely going to be that way if you invest in this program. Good luck!
