Kettle Bell Workouts

Combine Strength & Endurance…
Fat Loss and Muscle Gains

There is something organic about kettle bell workouts I don’t know exactly how to explain what I mean. Training with kettle bells has been around for centuries; it is one of the oldest forms of training but is not really main stream. One thing is for sure if you are looking for a way to completely change your body by burning far and building muscle kettle bell workouts are the right way to go.

So what separates these workouts from the crowd?

Well first off Kettle Bell Workouts just look cool when you are doing them.

Second they work better than any other form of training to deliver power, stamina, endurance, and strength

Third the workouts will literally only take between 20-30 minutes to complete

Fourth, did I mention they are the coolest way to burn fat and build muscle at the same time…

Let's look at a few kettle bell workouts in depth:

Here my friend Craig inventor of Turbulence Training talks about the top 5 exercises that should be in your program when you are putting together a kettle bell routine.

Here is a program that Craig has actually put together for kettle bells exclusively it called Turbulence Training Kettle Bell Revolution. You should check it out if you are interested in getting into this kind of training.

Next I wanted to share with you a totally hardcore version of kettle bell workouts. This one is called the 300 version because you are doing 300 reps. Check out this video.

And don't forget that kettle bell workouts are not just for guys, here is a quick video showing a great version for women. Check it out below.

Don’t forget to make sure you try out some of these kettle bell workouts for yourself. They really do work 100 % they burn fat and build muscle… The holy grail of exercise.

If you are looking for a program to follow have a look at Craig’s site, its called turbulence training with kettle bells. <- Click here to check it out. Also check out his Turbulence Training Home Page
