Metabolic Cooking Review - Is It Worth It, Or is This Just Another Rehashed Cookbook?

I want to start by saying that I have had a copy of this for a while so I am very able to do a Real Metabolic Cooking review for you.

I won't just cut and paste a review on my site like many others do. So let's talk about this program. Is it worth the money or is it just some run of the mill cookbook.

Well I do want you to know that it is a cookbook. You are going to get a ton of different recipes here, so if you are not going to actually cook then save your money.

But there is a difference with this cookbook from others. This one has a very precise and well laid out "Nutri Profile".

First Impression

When I first got the program I though, what the heck is a nutri profile. Well its actually pretty cool. It is a 50 page fat loss and nutrition guide to read over. This is going to really help to understand the program and to understand why and when to eat.

On top of the main nutri profile each recipe has its own mini nutri profile where it outlines proteins, carbs, fats etc down and basically makes it really easy to choose the recipes, you just have to pick from a list and make sure they have the right "stuff" in them.

You know personally I have never had a better time reviewing then when I did the Metabolic Cooking Review. Really, you can probably guess why, because this is a cookbook.

I do love to cook, but I have to admit when I am cooking something that I want to taste good I often load a few too many calories and bad fats into it. So to be honest with you it was a good thing to read this and try a lot of the recipes.

So, Let's Talk About The Recipes

There are literally hundreds of recipes in this cookbook and for the Metabolic Cooking Review I tried a ton of them. I have to admit they were tasty. You know healthy cooking can be good for you that's for sure.

The recipes were broken down into sub categories so you could check through them with ease. This is like a normal cookbook it isn't anything special but as I mentioned earlier each recipe came with its own nutri profile. Which means you know exactly what you are getting and what other choices you can pair it with.

You know I am a big red meat guy and Metabolic Cooking had literally 20 recipes for beef and red meat that I could choose from. My favourites were the Spanish Steak and the Smothered Burgers.

As you can guess there was a chicken section and a fish section. But there was also a vegetarian section with another 15 recipes there to choose from. You know I love meat as much as the next guy but sometimes you have got to just eat a meal without meat in it. This is perfect for that.

Snack Section

I was also a bit fan of the side dish and snack section. These had a ton of options to choose from I think there were about 45 different sides and snacks to choose from.

This is good because you know its one thing to eat a good main each day but you can't just serve the same green beans with it each time. This had a lot of selection.

All in all I really enjoyed doing the Metabolic Cooking Review, If you are going to change your eating habits and want to start in the kitchen then I would suggest you have a look at this program.

It can really change your life, there is a great selection and you know what its not just another cookbook that's for sure.
