Nelly's Workout routine
Nelly's workout routine is a bit different then most conventional workouts you do. For this reason I tend to not advocate you doing this type of workout if you are just starting out, because the tendency will be not to stick with it.
Nelly loves doing pushups and situps. In fact it is said that he does anywhere between a thousand and two thousand of each every day. Yeah, I know that sounds like a bunch.
He breaks them up into smaller chunks of 50 and 50. He also spreads those throughout the day. He will do 50 of each when he wakes up then a half hour later another 50 etc throughout the entire day.
If you remember Nelly from back in the day he was skinny really skinny, so he ad to hit the gym. The gym plays a big role in Nelly's Workout Routine.
When Nelly hits the gym. There he loves to break up his routine as follows;
Day 1 - Triceps
Rope extensions
Skull Crushers
Dips
Day 2 - Shoulders and Back
Overhead Press
Rows
Pulldowns
Lat Raises
Day 3 - Legs
Squats
Deadlifts
Day 4 - Chest
Bench Press
Incline Press
Pushups
That is the basics to Nelly's workout routine. It is pretty straightforward at the Gym the crazy part is the amount of pushups he does daily.
