Spices That Boost Metabolism

by Andrew Cheyne

Spices That Boost Metabolism

Spices That Boost Metabolism

Of my 5 cooking tips to accelerate fat loss this one is my favorite. This is because it's the one thing that everyone can do to actually increase the flavor of their foods and thereby increase the likelyhood that they will continue to "eat in" instead of "eating out" all the time.

But not only do spices increase the flavor, there are also many spices that boost metabolism. Some up to 25% which is a huge number.

Black Pepper has been known to increase your metabolism up to 8%. This is something that is on most peoples tables.

Cinnamon has been known to add lower blood sugar, increase the immune system and also promote a healthy digestive track.

Tumeric is a long forgotten spice for most people, but it really helps to control sugar levels.

Garlic is one of the best spices to actually get the fat in your belly ready to start burning. It also helps to detox the body.

Cayenne Pepper or red pepper is the spice that I mentioned earlier that can increase metabolism up to 25%. It is a bit spicy for a lot of people, but if you like the spice use it!

Ginger is also known for its metabolism boosting powers, but it can also help with nausea.

So next time you are in the grocery store, make sure you check out the spice isle and spice up your life.

If you are interested in learning more info on weight loss tips and programs to supercharge fat loss I would suggest you check out one of the following two programs. I have put together a quick review on them both.
