Taylor used a very good 4 day strength training routine to actually build this muscle. Here is the typical routine.
Day 1 - Chest & Triceps
Bench Press 3 x 8
Incline Press 3 x 8
Tricep Pushdowns 3 x 8
Skull Crushers 3 x 8
Dumbell Pullovers 3 x 8
Day 2 - Legs
Squats 5 x 8-10
Deadlifts 5 x 8-10
Lunges 3 x 8
Day 3 - Back & Biceps
Wide grip chinups 4 x 10-15
Dumbell Curls 3 x 8
Cable Rows 3 x 8
Preacher Curls 3 x 8
1 Arm Dumbell Row 3 x 8
Day 4 - Shoulders & Overall Body Work
Overhead Press 3 x 8
Lat Raises 3 x 8
Pushups 3 x 15
Dips 3 x 15
Chinups 3 x 10-15
