The Ultimate Leg Day | Squats and Deadlifts

There are a ton of exercises for leg day. but if you want the Ultimate Leg Day Workout you have to look no further than Squats and Deadlifts.
Leg day will take a lot out of you, so I often suggest that legs are worked out on their own. If you want to group them with something then do so with a small muscle group like shoulders etc.
The Ultimate Leg Day | Squats and Deadlifts
5 Min Bodyweight/Stretch warmup
3 x 10 Squats
3 x 10 Front Squats
3 x 10 Deadlifts
At this point you have just piled 9 sets of heavy lifting exercises on your legs. They are probably done, if you want a good test to see if the are try to walk up and down some stairs. Are you wobbly?
If you want to you can add some calf raises here as well. I would either do them after the squats or at the end of the workout.
There you have it, the ultimate leg day. Not super long, not full of equiptment just you a barbell and as many plates as you can do!
