An Honest Review on Truth About Six Pack Abs

I'll be honest right from the start -- I love a pair of six pack abs. I'm all about having abs. Of course, what man in his right mind really would pass up a set of ripped and shredded abs?

That's what I want to know. Anyway, I'm always looking for the next program to get everyone excited about fitness with. Luckily for me I passed over Mike Geary's "Truth About Abs".

I know what you're thinking: not another program about abs. Abs are everywhere. Everyone's talking about abs. Everyone's thinking about abs. Everyone's dreaming about abs.

But the reality here is that you have to work very hard to get a set of abs for yourself. They're not just about to fall from the sky and land on your belly, melting away your fat in the process.

Mike Geary takes a completely different stance, because it's not just about getting ripped and shredded -- it's about being consistently ripped and shredded and doing it with smart fitness principles.

That brings us to the next section...

The Pros of Six Pack Abs

The Truth About Six Pack Abs is a guide that is really different from other guides because it's no-nonsense. It's not about being ripped and shredded for the sake of being ripped and shredded, it's about working smart. Yes, I said that already. It bears repeating. It's really about looking great, feeling great, and doing it differently.

I was really amazed to find that Mike Geary isn't trying to get people to keep doing all of those pointless ab isolation exercises. He's going old school and it's going to pay off big for you if you pay attention.

You see, he's doing whole body workouts. One of the things that you want but probably don't know that you want would have to be symmetry.

You want to have not only a nice set of abs, but you also want a nice chest, a nice set of biceps, triceps and traps. Basically, you want to look good all over.

That's my goal too. I don't want to just be a middle aged guy chasing my kids around all day with a big belly -- I want to chase them and be as lean as possible! That'll teach them!

You also get to break out of constant cardio, which is pretty good stuff. I'm not a huge fan of running on a treadmill mindlessly, and I know plenty of guys that know exactly what I mean. What's the point?

There's no more gimmick diets -- Mike Geary isn't trying to get on that bandwagon. You'll get the right nutritional advice you can use to build a better nutrition program. Remember: abs are developed first in the kitchen, and then revealed in the gym!

The Cons of Six Pack Abs

You know, with a program this good, it's really hard to come up with anything that I really saw as a drawback.

The only thing I could think of is that someone who is used to looking for shortcuts isn't going to like this one, because you have really have to work hard to get these results.

You also can't just modify whatever you like and still tell yourself that you're following Mike Geary's directions.

There were some negative reviews that pointed this out, but I don't see this as a bad thing, really. It's just a matter of looking at your goals and doing what you need to achieve them -- nothing more, nothing less.

Why You Should Buy This Program

You should get this program if you really want a body that looks good all over. If symmetry is important to you, this program will be one of the best things that you could buy for yourself this year.

If getting into total health principles is your goal, then Mike Geary's program will complement this goal just fine. If you're really ready to get into the shape that you've always wanted to be in, this program is perfect for you.

Nothing in the world of fitness is said to be easy, but it is always worth it. You just have to look in the mirror and say to yourself that it's worth it to push for the results that you want -- and then go get them!
