How are you doing, I want to thank you for contacting me... You have taken the first step to losing a few pounds...
Sounds like you really need to lose some weight and you are down on yourself for not being able to do so. I have a really quick suggestion for you then we will go into a bit further conversation about a few things.
Here is a program that I feel will work for you very well, it is a fat loss at home program and it will help you lose a lot of fat from the comfort of your own home. Now I don't want you to think this will be easy, because you are going to have to put a lot of effort into it...
This program costs about 20 bucks, but if you are really wanting to lose weight it is worth it. Here is the link to check out the program. It is called Turbulence Training for Fat Loss at Home.
Second, I want to talk about your diet. So how is your eating plan? You know I always say that the diet is about 60% of the problem... or the solution so we really have to get your diet in check. I have a few suggestions for you on this, but I want to get a bit of feedback from you before we get into it further.
Tell me, what is a typical day of eating for you, do you eat out a lot... Do you binge eat at all? These are all very important questions.
Third, we need to figure out your depression. A lot of the time the depression will "cure" itself if you achieve some real weight loss. But I know that depression can actually lead to some serious lazyness... So you may want to check with your doctor to get some help with that.
Hope to hear from you soon.
